"I was charged twice for an order I never received. Upon communicating with them, they refused to refund my order or the duplicate payment as it was 'after their accepted returns period'. So they won't refund the money they took by mistake because it's outside of their returns period, neither will they refund the order itself that was never received. They literally jargon their way around robbing people, countless comments on their facebook posts exclaim the same, they've removed Facebook reviews for this obvious reason. They refuse contact and have even removed my account from their website as it's showing 'no account with this email', this is presumably done in attempts to prevent me from screenshotting what information I could.
They don't respond on Facebook, don't respond to their live chat on website, and don't respond to emails.
I literally have no other option but to go through paypal resolution centre, and they know this, they make it as difficult as possible. They have literally robbed me and are now saying 'Ohh sorry, you're too late for our system to allow us back in', it's nuts that they can get away with this, well, it's set up in exactly the right way for them to do this, but this kind of trading shouldn't be allowed to operate without oversight. Here's to hoping this at least gives their fraudulence some recognition!"
