"Awful experience. Took them 12 hours to notify me that they could not fulfill my order for 7-10 business days on an item they were offering free two-day shipping on. They then took forever to cancel the order. Because they placed a hold on my account, I was unable to buy the suitcases I wanted from another retailer. Their representative also refused to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused by the hold, instead choosing to blame the bank (yes, that's how banks work, but you should factor this in when considering how accurate your inventory count has to be). Would not do business again."

"Ordered a set of luggage and 1 additional piece for a Christmas present from them 11/28/12. On 11/30/12 I called them and when they researched told me the color was not available, so picked another color. Called again on 12/5/12, they told me it would need to be shipped from the actual factory and they would call me and tell me when it would ship. They charged my credit card on 12/06/12, I called again on 12/7/12 for shipping information, they didn't have any, said they would call me with the info. Never received that call, ordered from another company on 12/10/12 received on 12/14/11, called on 12/10/12 and cancelled order, still not credited back will be calling again about credit. Would never recommend them to anyone."

"Ordered an item from LuggageOnline 12/14/11 for Christmas. Plenty of time right? Not for LuggageOnline. On 12/21/11 I noticed on UPS tracking data that item was scheduled to be delivered 12/26-12/29/11. I called LuggageOnline. The LuggageOnline agent cancelled the order and placed a new one with 3 day shipping (which was being offered to all online). His call not mine. On 12/22/11 I noticed on UPS tracking that the package would be delivered 12/26-12/28/11--AFTER CHRISTMAS. They have a tab where you can print a "gift voucher" telling someone that you ordered something from these dopes, but it didn't arrive. How nice of them! I happened to notice that the original shipment--which I could still track on UPS--had actually arrived in my town on 12/21/11 at exactly the time I was talking to the first agent. I called LuggageOnline customer service again. They informed me the item was now on back order. As for the original shipment. It was rerouted and could not be rerouted again back to me.
So, what I got for my call to customer service was LuggageOnline taking steps that stopped me from getting what I ordered on time and doing something that insures I will not get the item on time. Also, at no point did I ever receive an email informing me my order would be late.
They have good prices. But there is a reason for that. THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Pay an extra couple of dollars and buy elsewhere.

"I needed some new luggage for an upcoming trip overseas, so I saw a few good reviews for this site at RR.com. I ordered three identical pieces of luggage. Unfortunately, they only shipped me one. After I called to inquire about that, they apologized and said they'd ship the other two out ASAP.
However, I didn't get much response to my emails requesting notification of when the luggage would arrive, and I never did receive a tracking number.
The other two pieces of luggage didn't arrive until February 10. Not too bad, but I'm glad I ordered early enough that my trip wasn't impacted by their error.
I would likely buy from them again, though. The luggage is good quality at a fair price. Hopefully it'll hold up well."
