The delivery was very quick and Ann helped us resolve a dilemma which they really did not have to solve for us, but they did anyway. "Ordered light but, did not return within 30 due to parts of the remodel stuck in port somewhere. While light base was leveled by the contractor, the parallel bar was NOT level and looks crooked (IS crooked) and looks terrible. My mistake by not knowing within 30 but, stuck with POOR QUALITY Light."

"I purchased the Nevis - 60 inch Contemporary Sofa Table. The colors are not as pictured on the site and the quality is far below expectations for a $745.80 table. When I asked to return, I was told that freight items may not be returned for free. This stipulation is buried in their return policy.
This is the intro message regarding their return policy....We believe you will be very pleased with our products. We understand, however, that it can be difficult to shop from a computer screen and that's why we offer a no-hassle return and exchange policy.
The stipulation is at the very bottom of the page under free return #8....I guess I didn't read carefully enough. Shame on me. BUT I will NEVER buy from them again. This is the perfect example why buying online can be a terrible option. "
"We purchased multiple Kichler lamps from Lunawarehouse website in late November 2020 for $1235 using PayPal. Shortly after the purchase we decided to cancel the transaction online since we found a better option online. We also called them to make sure to cancel the order and shipping but some of the lamps were shipped to us and some weren’t. We later received part of the lamps and called them and requested to return them. A return label was then provided and we sent the items back to the warehouse and They were received on December 28th via FedEx. In all this process we were also forced to open a dispute with Chase card services against PayPal since PayPal for some reason charged us $1699 instead of $1235, so we requested the difference ($463) Since there was a billing mistake. When we called Lunawarehouse to request a refund they told us they would need us to cancel the dispute in order for them to refund us the money so we were forced to close the dispute in mid December. We have contacted Lunawarehouse at least 5 times by phone and over 3 times by email within the last 6 weeks and as of now we still have not received a refund claiming that they have to discuss the case with accounting because there is a chargeback but nothing has been done. Now we are in process of opening a new dispute with Chase bank and will likely need to escalate with a lawyer in order to get our money back. All this would have been easily solved if they just would give us our money back. I can not recommend them!"

"Ordered 1 light fixture, they shipped wrong color, I notified them immediately and from that point on could not get any response to email or phone calls. Don't waste your money! UPDATE: After I rated them on this site on 11/23. They called me directly on 11/23 and said I would receive a refund in 3 to 4 days. No credit received and no response to emails. Don't waste your money they cannot be trusted.
