"I just received the second of two different recent orders and was impresssed with the service and turn-a-round time of LuxuryHomeOutlet.com. LuxuryHomeOutlet.com also had the lowest prices of all the Internet sites. And, their quoted prices at the time of ordering was even lower than their stated Internet prices. I ordered ten Grohe and HansGrohe shower items in two different orders and received each order within 7 days. I think the problem that people have is that they order items from different manufacturers and the "in stock" status of each manufacturer may vary. I checked to make sure that my items were in stock. Moe was very helpful and even called Me to check on my order."

in the afternoon. It arrived today 2/09/11 before 1pm - less than 48 hours
from phone call to my door step, coming from NY to GA - I am impressed. I
recently ordered a sink from a local company, before I found you online - it
took 3 weeks (granted it was not a stock item) but 3 weeks is 504 hours.

As far a pricing is concerned - I scoured the internet looked at hundreds of web pages and stores claiming to have the product only to find it was a different model and not what I was looking for. Turns out there was a significant savings over the highly discounted price I was getting locally.
The only issue that I had was for some reason the billing invoice was not coming to me in my email. However, customer service has been responsive to my needs and we have been corresponding trying to get resolution. I think the issue is coming from my ISP as I could get the file through an alternate e-mail account. This however was only a minor hiccup and did not take away from my overall experience in any way.
Again I am very impressed so far. I got exactly what I ordered well ahead of when I expected it.

"Saved money ordering bathtub from Luxuryhomeoulet.com, but it took 8 weeks and 2 days for it to finally arrive. I got the run around of it being on back order twice, and the manufacturer closed the plant down for two weeks during the holidays. When I saw the truck arrive with the tub I was fearful that it was the wrong color, size, item or damaged, but luckily all was good. NOT REALLY worth the savings. My advise is to plan accordingly."
"Great prices, but order tracking leaves something to be desired.
We ordered a sink and faucet on the same day. The customer service folks were helpful in getting a coupon promotion code through the system promptly. They say such items take 2-3 weeks for delivery, but they never seem to update their order tracking. We received the faucet (without an email update to say it was shipped) in less time, but had to call them to follow up on the sink. It is now in transit (and their website reflects the 'shipped' status), but the faucet we have already received still shows only our original order and no progress. Maybe its the time of the year, but they do not seem to update their order system promptly or accurately.
Based on the initial experience and the prices, we came back and ordered a soap dispenser as well.
Only other odd thing, is the claim of 'free shipping' when each item has an $11-15 'handling' charge. "
"Ordered three items. Two boxes arrived with one item in each box. Have talked to person in order tracking several times and they say I should have it. I've tried talking to customer service; leave a message but no call back. At a minimum they have poor customer service, at worst ... I'm working on a stop payment with the credit card company. {Finally received missing item a couple of weeks after making this post. "Don't do business with this company. From the top to the bottom, NOBODY CARES. The initial online transaction seemed uneventful and went smoothly, Items were in stock and would be shipped within 3 days. Nothing did ever arrive. I was finally able to cancel the order 5 weeks later. I'd call and someone would listen to my issues and tell me they'd call me back. They never did. When I finally talked to someone who actually seemed to check they told me the item was backordered, not a problem, I'll wait the 10 days they said it would take. In the mean time they would send the other 3 items in stock. Nothing arrives. I call again and they say they'll call back, no one does. I call again and talk to Sharon D who tells me after a short time on hold that after 4 weeks the items were shipped that morning, she apologizes and says they will arrive in 5 days. Nothing arrives.
I call again and am told by Amanda to stay on hold and she'll find out what's up. She never comes back and after 25 minutes I hang up. We play phone tag for a few days, whenever Amanda would pick up she'd just put me on hold forever. Finally Mo got on the line after at least 10 calls failed to go through with Amanda or the LIAR Sharon D. Mo was able to cancel the order and after way too much time, money, and effort was wasted on these people I was free to order from a reputable company, which I did and received the items 3 days later!!!! Please save yourself the time and effort I wasted doing business with these people. "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I had placed two orders from this company, both of which got canceled, while they held my money. My first order was for 3 Sinks and 3 Faucets. I paid via my PayPal account. They contacted me saying that there was a problem with my order and they had to cancel because they were updating their website and the prices were wrong. WHAT? I asked "Mo" in customer service if everything was corrected and he checked with IT and assured me it was. I then placed an order for just 2 sinks. 7 Days later I went on for a status to see that my order was canceled. I called Cust Svc and they said they couldn't tell why and they would call me back. No call back. 2 days later, I called again .. again no reason why, saying they would call me back. 3rd call to find out they do not have the product in stock, nor do they plan to. It is now 14 days since my order, and I STILL have not received a credit to my PayPal account. This business is a FRAUD. I have my lawyer looking into them and will post the outcomes later."
