"Not good at all. I ordered a while ago and so far have received nothing.

Appears an item was not in stock despite it showing as being in stock when I ordered.

MCM emailed me a few days later to ask me about how I want to handle the backordered item. I replied asking when they will have it in and said that if it will be a short while then hold the order but I never received back any reply.

A few more days later, I called and tried to get answers on what I emailed but could not get any answers.

I then emailed them again the next day trying to get answers and am awaiting a reply.

It was a large order, had I known they were holding everything up over one item I would have had them cancel that one item since not being able to get my order in a reasonable time caused problems with a delay on a project at work and also with two neighbor who asked me to order two items for them on thsi order.

No need for them to fail on such a simple request. - It they did not want my business they should have told me, as there are plenty of competitors to buy from that I am sure would reply to my emails in a timely manner.

UPDATE 11/28/30:

So far I have written them 6 times over two weeks asking where is my order and they have not replied yet. I think they do not care after they get your money!

UPDATE 11/30/2012:

Was finally replied to yesterday, several weeks after I ordered and 6 emails later. I was told they are going to look into why my emails were not replied to. They blamed it on them getting a lot of emails from Black Friday which was a week and several emails later than I emailed them. Sad company to blame their failures on something not even related.

Still waiting on my order its now weeks later and nothing!
