As it happened, the replacement set also had one wrong part, but it was a different part. So, out of the two sets, I was able to make one complete good set. This is not MCM's fault. The maker of the kit was "GRIP" and I hope they can improve their quality control. But I'm happy with the selection and delivery from MCM."

"How am I am suppose to answer the question, how was my overall experience with MCM Electronics/mcmelectronics.com. I made an order on what was advertised but I was told MCM would not fill the order at the advertised price. MCM at least could have offered me to be able to purchase at least one of each of the items I was going to purchase at the advertised price. If the prices were wrong they should have someone checking there listings before they get published.

The women who got in touch with me said I could have the merchandise at the normal price. Why would I do that? When the regular price on those items at MCM are higher than alot of other places I can purchase them from.

I don't understand why MCM would ask me to give a review when my purchae turned out bad. I am the wrong person to ask this question to because I don't like to say anything bad about anyone. This is the first time I ever ran into this type of experience. I hope it never happens again."
