I THINK IT WOULD CERTAINLY HELP MCM ELECTRONICS TO RECEIVE A 10 STAR RATING BECAUSE I WAS ACTUALLY IN THIS SITUATION WHERE I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT IF MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED OR NOT. The only disappointing thing about the order was the included power adapter. It is powerfull enought to turn the device on. Just not powerful enought to run everything.
