"I bought three day and night cameras and three 100ft CCTV cable video power (a type of cable with two lines, one for power and the other one for video) from them in last December and the price was low. However, the quality was extremely bad. I installed these cameras recently using these cables. The images were on and off and I found that the BNC connectors on these video cables were very bad. I replaced these video cable by RG6U cables. The cameras worked fine at beginning, but they stopped working after just a few hours. All images became white. Now all three camera were gone, and I have to buy new ones. Here is my suggestion: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. JUST WASTE OF MONEY."

"Everything about the company is good, except for their shipping. For a company shipping delicate electronic equipment and charge expensive shipping, they cheap out on packing materials.

I personally know it doesn't cost $16 dollars to ship 3 lbs from OH to CA via UPS. Especially when you have a corporate account. Not to mention it can be done cheaper with USPS Priority Flat rate for less and probably faster.

This tells me they are padding their shipping costs to boost revenue. OK this if fine, a common practice this day in age. BUT when you send me $600 dollars worth of equipment, without signature on delivery that makes me mad. Better yet, the box had very little protective packing material. 4 air bags, 3 of which were deflated.

I really think you should use better shipping practices especially if you are padding the shipping prices.
