Unsatisfied returned the item and got another. Satisfied as this model was XP originally. I had difficulty after installing XP. For a nominal fee John made the laptop function well. "Whem my Pc crashed, some system & my doc files currupted. After that i had get "Recoversoft Data Rescue" & installed on my computer.
