"I ordered a Microsoft window 7 on jan 19th. The website sent me a email sai that the package was ship on jan 21. I track the number they gave me for 4 days and nothing was shipped. I emailed and called to the store and they checked it out for me. Finally they apologized about the delay. They access to give me a replacement one. Thank you mission shop."
"Ordered Windows 7 Pro 32 Bit – Dell Version - worked great. Software installed with absolutely no problem. I Installed on Asus X401A which came with the 64 bit version that I could not use with my software. Microsoft or Asus would not swap the 64 bit software for the 32 bit software. They told me to return the computer to the store (shame on them). Missionsoft sent the Windows 7, 32 Bit, with the COA and it registered with the MS authorization server successfully. The price was great. The order was shipped and promised."

"Online experience, ok. Called and spoke with as sales rep. Good. I was a little rushed, so wanted to confirm that if I processed my order NOW, it would be shipped today. Sales rep confirmed. I paid for premium shipping. Got a confirmation within an hour that MissionSofts had shipped the item with a tracking number. Looks good.
Four business days later Fed Ex picked the item up from Mission Softs. They delivered overnight -after getting the package.
I have requested a refund of my "premium" shipping but no response."

"I have not received the order yet because it was shipped via USPS instead of by FedEx, which I had paid an additional $9.50 for because I prefer FedEx over postal mail. I called Missionsofts for a refund for the shipping, and they said they would credit it back to my credit card and send me a confirmation email regarding this. I did not receive an email so after a few days I called them again, and they said it had been credited back and they would immediately send me an email showing this. The email they sent was a copy of my original order, without any mention of a refund. I looked online at my credit card account and it was refunded as they had told me, but since it was sent by postal mail I have not received it yet, and according to online tracking it is still on the west coast. This is due to the postal service, however, since it was shipped the day I ordered it. I hope once it arrives the software will work as advertised."
"Like so many of you, you've read through the Missionsoft reviews and wondered if you should trust this company to deliver the products you are paying for. On 1/13 I ordered two WIN7 installation CDs; one 32bit and one 64bit with my VISA. I received a confirming email that they were shipped on 1/16 and the USPS tracking number. As of Monday 1/21, I still hadn't received them. I called MissionSoft to inquire where the CDs were. I was told to give it a day or two. I called back on 1/23 and informed CS that I hadn't received the CDs yet. They shipped another set to me. Well, as of today 1/24, I received the original order. Yes, the disks did indicate that they were OEM, and that the software is "already installed" on my computer, but as long as the registration product keys are valid, that was my main concern. I was successfully able to activate my WIN7 registrations and all is well. My recommendation is to take the risk, it worked for me and saved me at least $60. "
