"After reading numerous positive reviews, I took a well-calculated chance of purchasing software from Mission Softwares. Shipped using the least expensive option available, I received the software in very timely manner - actually, I went to my mailbox just 4 days after my purchase and I couldn't understand what this big envelope was doing in the mailbox. Lo and behold, it was my order from Mission Softwares! I was very pleasantly surprised.
The software itself installed without a hitch, but the product key didn't work right away using the default option. However, there were numerous additional options for registration. I used the automated phone-in registration option, and with that, the product key worked perfectly.
If and when I ever need software again, I will absolutely use Mission Software. They have some of the best prices around, and when trying to live a life of software legality, getting a good deal on making my usage legal is a great feeling. "Windows XP Pro OEM disk shipped fast which is about the best I can say about this transaction. Seemed like brand new unused. Loaded fine but license key was no good. I emailed and next day they emailed another key the following day..which was also no good. I called over the next few days several times and their tech support would not call me back for whatever reason. I finally called and left message that if they would not help me soon I would be forced to ask for my money back. Next day they simply indicated "refunded" on web site and in email. A week later I did see the credit appear on my credit card so that was the second best thing I could say about this transaction and I appreciate that. Its a pity that this did not work out."
