"Generally I am extremely happy with the replacement ink with MIS (inksupply), and have been buying them for years, but the HT pigmented color inks (Epson) suck for photos! Even using their ICC (ICM) profiles, there is a green overtone to the photos.

I would not recommend this for any ink transfer, unless you're printing a green shape (be careful, there will be some black banding & sometimes the color won't look as smooth as it should). I have written to them about the issue, but there doesn't seem to be any resolution. Generally, the help that they offer is fantastic!

Even graphics don't look as sharp as they could. Granted there could (should) be some loss of clarity on the transfer paper, but I have test printed on regular paper with other & OEM inks, & not thought it looked bad.

Now, black alone, prints alright (even combined with their dye inks in the other carts). Pictures look fine, & graphics are phenomenal. On occasion, text may come out a bit squished looking.

Usually I am a raving fan of inksupply (MIS), but WOW, they lost me on this one! I can only look forward to a refund, if I can't find the solution. I've played with profiles & settings, purging, reprinting, under printing. If it can't look good on standard bright paper, I sure don't want to put it on something important. I may go as far as emptying the carts, but I doubt I want to waste my time, the colors run a little when wet & I am after something that doesn't.

One final word, I don't see any real color variance between the light & the standard (not light Light magenta light cyan); printed or otherwise. Just FYI.

"I prefer MIS Products and their phone help. Sometimes the product has problems and the response is , "Well, you are out of warranty...." and progress stops at that time.

I just replaced my light magenta, (HP 02) 'cause it began leaking; The black and light cyan, (HP 02) also replaced because the chips wold not update and then the printer, (HP C7280) would go nuts and stop using the black, (Brown lines on print and black on copy -- go figure!). I have not seen anyone solve this online without changing the cartridges.

In five years of using MIS Product, this is my only "whine". I get good service out of the inks and the HP 02 are very easy to load, (I see the mold for the black cartridge was improved -- in the bottom -- so it does not "air lock"). Progress does get done, Thank You!

"First order was great and the items worked just fine; got a shipment notification within four days of placing the order.

Reordered a second time on 2/13 and it's been almost two weeks and no word about shipping. I am leaving my apartment soon so I need the order to be shipped so I can be here to receive it. I have submitted two tickets four days apart, called and got the answering machine, tried the live chat but not representative available. I have received no response from any form of communication. I like the products and would love to keep purchasing from them but the lack of response after such a large order makes me hesitant to do so again.
