"I placed an order on April 3. My CC was immediately charged and order status changed to Shipped, but no email confirmation was sent, no tracking number was supplied, their phone was a non-working number, and they ignored helpdesk queries. After two weeks I advised them by email that I was submitting a chargeback, and got a reply from Barbie S. that she would check on my order. After no follow-up, I charged back. A month later a package arrived without warning, which I refused to accept so it went back to them. Two weeks later, InkSupply rebilled my card using bogus Proof of Delivery. I racked up hours of time and hefty certified mail charges refuting their scam, and I have to be on watch for further attempts at least through July. I expect their products are no better than their practices, so I recommend you AVOID INKSUPPLY LIKE PLAGUE."

"I placed an order with this company on May 28th. They took the money the same day, and created an order on their site in my account marked as payment complete. After a week I called them, only to get voicemail. I left a message but they did not call me back. I emailed them, but they did not email me back. I got on the live chat, and spoke to Barbie S., who told me she ran to the warehouse to check on my order. She claimed not to know what the problem was, and said she would email the minute she heard something. As you might have guessed, no email! I went on their site to find that the live chat disappeared. Imagine that! I called my bank this morning, and they are replacing the money in my account, and going after MIS Associates. I wish I had read these comments before I tried to buy anything from this company."

"MIS has good prices and wide selection. Their catalog always has what I am looking for. While they have all the inks a printer could need, customer service is on the poor side. They are slow to update the "my account" page order status and shipping is very slow. It takes about 4 to 5 days for the status to move from "order" to "payment accepted" to "shipped". If I could find this wide of range of products from another seller, I'd buy there."

"I ordered the HP611 refill kit from them after reading about the ink properties from canon users on the web, though I have a hp, I figured they had about the same process. The kit arrived in 3 business days eventhough I selected free shipping. The color inks worked well in my HP printer with matte photo paper. The black ink is not tested at the time of this review.

"InkSupply.com or MIS Associates for inks is a pretty good buy.. been purchasing for a long time. That being said they have become flakes in the customer service area. We placed an order on 3/13 and still do not have the ink A(4/1). We finally emailed them and threatened to cancel the order before we got a reply that was centered around "chemical" problems with the ink (3/23). We call them on their listed numbers and get no one is availalble to take your call, leave a message sort of thing. Fedex has handed off the package to the Post Office and it will be another two days before it arrives. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN IF YOU NEED INKS.. These people are falling apart!"

"UPDATE 2/20/13: MIS Associates never issued the refund they agreed to, for the product they never shipped. After several calls and e-mail attempts to get them to confirm the refund when it did not show up, I got nothing but a couple of emails instructing how to set up an RMA (apparently, MIS reps now have a reading comprehension problem). I asked my credit co. to dispute the charge. AmEX never got a response from MIS at all to any of the contact attempts, and in the end removed the charge so I did not have to pay.

Do yourself and your wallet a favor and stay away from this company. It is basically an incorporated scam. They will take your money and that is all.

UPDATE: Finally got someone at MIS again and he agreed to issue a refund so now I'm just waiting on a confirmation for that.

Questionable service & support. I can't review their ink products since I never received the order for which I was charged. Tracking information is not listed under customer's account and neither is the date of shipment. Support ticket was ignored and although I was able to speak to helpful Customer Service rep yesterday, the tracking number he said would be emailed in a few minutes never arrived. The second call with customer service the next day left me on hold for an hour and the line was never picked up again. Not an encouraging experience, there are better alternatives out there.

"Only use this company if you like ruining your printer. I've used their continuous flow system which constantly clogged and eventually ruined the print head. Had been working with their tech support for months to resolve the issue. Very poor communication -- it takes weeks for them to reply to an email, and it's impossible to talk to someone over the phone. When the printer finally died, they blamed me for not printing enough for the CFS system (even though I used their Purge program to print daily). I asked which printer and system would be better, and purchased an Epsom Artisan 50 on their advice. Got a new set of refill cartridges. After 6 months, the print head has clogged and is ruined. That's two printers ruined. Avoid this company at your peril!"

"THis company is a joke. I ordered auto reset cartridges for my canon printer and neither of the blacks worked. The colors are fine. I put in a ticket they immediately responded with tunr printer off and the basic troubleshooting techniques. I complied. I knew their chips were faulty because when I put in the OEM empty cartridges it worked fine. I responded with my findings and they took a week to respond. I sent another response and they take another week to respond. It is now 3 weeks later and I still cannot print and I have had to go buy 2 new sets of black ink because their chips are faulty and their customer support is non responsive. They take a week to get back to you after ths initialcontact. This is unacceptable. I have also reported them to the better business bureau."

"Used to be fast cheap & reliable. Now it's slow, average price & highly unreliable. Sends out emails with dummy return addresses & phone #s to nowhere to tell you they are backlogged but processes payment anyway, Doesn't notify you when shipping what has been shipped & takes 3+ weeks to fulfill orders.

"I ordered the refillable auto chip rest cartridges for my Canon MX870 printer. This printer has two different black cartridges. With all 5 carts installed i get error 6502. Through the process of elimination I found my printer does not like the black cartridges. using one MIS cart I get tow carts of the same color error. I opened a trouble ticket and got canned responses showing the "tech" did not even read my emails. Additional emails asking for suggestions were ignored. This was my third and final order with MIS. "

"MIS (inksupply.com) a very poor company. I started with two Epson 1280's with their CIS systems in around the late nineties. What I later came to find out by constant calling and Emailing to their "support system" was that their CIS systems have a finite life. This is nowhere stated by them on their site or in their claims of savings from the use of their products. As stated, (when pinned down), 1 year with moderate use and 2 years with heavy use. They also have a very hard nosed attitude when they make a mistake. I had to get some inks overnighted and they, by their own admission, sent the wrong ones refused to pay to send the right ones. So I had to pay overnight twice. Then I ordered their CIS systems for an Epson 4000 and I didnt install it for a while and in that time I read they are not selling the CIS system for the 4000. I asked them about it and they said they no longer support their system for the 4000. I said what do I do I paid over $300 for a system that I have never used? They replied the with the same statement. I Emailed again and they said perhaps I could sell it on Ebay. (With a "end of conversation " sign off) I find their suggestion of screwing someone else as a alternative ethically disgusting and have now gone to Ink Republic, one of two places most Pros go along with Inkjetmall. I suggest anyone else do the same.Ink Republic has wonderful support as well as a superior product."

"I ordered black and white paper samples from MIS Associates to test with Epson 4880. The papers they sent include a wide variety of options that people with different tastes can choose from. I decided on some of my favourite papers after the sample pack I got from them. I would definitely shop from them again."
