"Battery included in FiiO E11 has been obviously (usage signs/scratches) used before, when delivered. MP4 Nation denied and claimed that this was due to Q/A, though battery looked like it has been in use for some time (labels partly rubbed off).

Instead of replacing, MP4 Nation blamed FiiO and told me to contact them, which I did. FiiO then sent a new battery right away.. now that is customer support.
