I ordered Brainwavz R1 with mic, which didn't work with my mobile phone. I opened a ticket with customer support, who provided details about an optional adaptor (fiio LU1 or LU2), or an option for product return or replacement.

Their FB administrator is one of the most rude administrator I've ever encounter.

But... their order fulfillment department is just stellar. Processed order at 2:50am on a monday morning!! Received my package on tuesday at 3pm. Everything is nicely pack, items reach me in perfect condition.

If they offer any item that is interesting and at a good price, will buy again from them. But you just need to find out product information from other place, because MP4nation just dont really care about replying your product related question."

i am very glad when they provide free shipping via fedex, but there is some hidden cost in delivery (fedex fault) that i found inconvenience.

overall CS responds is good, but sometimes they need more "polish" their answer, rather than give a cold straight answer.
