"I initially cancelled my order after reading all the negative reviews. Shortly after cancelling my order I received an email acknowledging my cancelled order, I called their number. Terry answered my call on the second ring. I explained why I had cancelled my order and asked him about the negative reviews. Being in the firearms industry, I listened to his explanation of parts shortages and the lack of understanding of impatient customers who don't know or care about what occurring during the panic buying of 2020 and 2021. I reordered and had my parts in my hand in less than 2 weeks. Great company with excellent service and communication!"

"I placed an order and received confirmation. Several weeks went by and I hadn't received any shipping confirmation. I emailed their customer service with no response after a few days, so I emailed their other email address, again with no response after a few days. I then tried calling, but the phone number voicemail box is consistently full, and the only other "customer service" number they have listed is a fax number.

It seems this company is hit or miss when it comes to customer service, even thought they advertise 24/7 phone response.
