"Wasted my time and money with these guys by ordering a part on 5/30/23. Website said in stock, then get an email that it's backordered after taking the order. Ok. I waited till 9/7/23 and sent an email to follow up. Get a reply from Brittny same day "item is still on back order, once we get more it will be shipped out and tracking will be sent via email". Next day 9/8 another email from Brittny "your part is here and is ready to ship but the default shipping rate is not enough to cover all shipping costs. In order to get these out to you we will need an additional $20 for shipping. Please let us know how you want to proceed"...WHAT?

Even sellers on ebay don't pull this kind of crap once you've paid! As a business you took an order, made me wait 4 months then tell me you want me to pay more money just to get my order shipped?? What a joke!

My reply: "Hi Brittny, I paid for the shipping that was quoted on your website and expect to get my item accordingly. This sounds like an issue with M-And-D.com that you should discuss with your manager and not the customer."

5 minutes later my order is cancelled. No ethics, no apology, no business from me ever again!! Stay far away from these useless clowns."

"I ordered a part for my Ryobi Miter Saw from M&D, that's right a Ryobi saw part. M&D takes on parts delivery for any brand they list. They got the right part from the manufacturer, reshipped it to me (insures you get the proper part) and received in perfect condition. If they say they can get it for you, they will at a fair price and give your order personal attention. You can't ask for anything more, can you?"

"Very Pour customer service, sold a part on Wednesday that was stated it was in stock then on Saturday, received email that part is not available.

False advertising, in todays day and age the part should have never been sold, if it was not available, Took my money and now we will see how long it takes to receive the refund. Of Courses it is not automatic, keep the money no part.

This consumer feels taken advantage of. "
