"The retailer accepted and payment for literally thousands of Apple products they had listed for sale around the first weekend of Feb. 2023. Tiger Direct decided Monday 2/6/23 that they would unilaterally cancel and not honor any of the sales they accepted. They did not contact the customer's orders they cancelled. Now's here's the problem. If this was a mistake, is their online order processing site a "Flying Dutchman" all weekend long? No one was minding the store when thousands of transactions were being processed? If there was any monitoring of the site, Tiger Direct couldn't have missed the bump in Apple products sales and investigated, I would expect that behavior of any trustworthy online retailer. Well I was taught a lesson from the reorganized Tiger Direct, stay away. There seems to be little to no oversight on their sites performance or security."
