"I have been using Maak 4 Pets products for almost 2 years. I have had only one issue with the products I have ordered not arriving in a timely manner. My biggest concern if the products I order are genuine. I know the Frontline Plus works. None of my pets(3) have shown any signs of fleas or ticks. I am a little concerned about the product shipping from a foreign country. Regulations are not always up to par with the USA. Does anyone know a way to assure the product is genuine?"
"I have had nothing but SUCCESS in transactions with Maak Enterprises. I have ordered Frontline Plus products many, many times. I know there is not quick shipping, so I order knowing I will wait 2.5 to 3 weeks. Product always arrives as promised. It is the same quality product that one would purchase at a vet. Sometimes it is in UK packaging but it is original Frontline Plus packaging. The product works as it should. While the company ships from New Zealand, their home office is in Texas.The info is:

"I ordered from Maak in Dec '10 - waited over the 21 days they tell you wait but never received my product of Frontline for Cats. Of course you cannot get thru by phone to speak with anyone, so I did the e-mail thing. I was told a second order would be ordered as my 1st order must have been lost in the mail, that was Jan '11 -and guess what? Today is March 7, I still have not received either of the so called orders, but $95 was taken from my account. I sent numerous e-mails through out the month of February, asking them to credit back my credit card...but not one e-mail was responded to. This company is HORRIBLE!!! Do not order from them! "Horrible experience! I will NEVER shop online with MAAK again! They took almost $200.00 from my VISA, and after 32 days, I've not received the shipments of Frontline Flea control for my dogs. I've been waiting for the shipments (#621653701 and #629764354) to arrive, and NOTHING! I've emailed their websitw THREE times with NO response, have called their customer service phone # THREE times, and each time get transferred to an automated voice message with instructions to email them!!! Can you believe this for customer service?! I'm ready to report MAAK to the Better Business Bureau minimally, and hope GOOGLE online helps me out with this. I need to treat my dogs a.s.a.p. with the flea medicine, and need a refund to purchase from a more reliable source such as PETMEDS whom I've always had a prompt and good experience with. - DON'T trust MAAK!!!"
"I too should have checked the review here first. I ordered Frontline Plus for my dog in June from MAAK and received it without any problems in short amount of time. I re-ordered again and product allegedly shipped 1/8/11, but have not received product yet. I have called and left messages but no response and the emails I have sent result in perfunctory emails back merely stating that the item shipped will take 7-21 days......what I already knew and no offer to re-send this "lost" product. I finally got an email response today as result of me telling MAAK I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to non-response and non receipt. I received a nasty email back................all in CAPS (as if they were "yelling" at me) stating they would do nothing for me now that I have "threatened" (their words) going to credit card company. I sent one more email back chiding them for their unprofessional behavior, giving them one last chance, but I see now that I am being too trusting. I will be contacting my credit card company today to dispute the charge. Luckily I hadn't mailed out the credit card bill payment yet. I have already ordered the product from another more reputable company to assure shipment of the product (5-7 days) before my dog has to use it again.
I would never use this company again, based on my experience and reading all the reviews here!
Update: Frontline Plus was received on 2/7/11, almost a month after it was supposedly shipped and more than a month after it was ordered. Product was shipped via Air Mail from England and product was made in France. Not sure if I knew all that whether I would have ordered it originally. Product looks the same as US version. Due to the nearly 30 day delay from shipment to receipt I had to order the product from somewhere else as a back up as I had to give my dog his 30 day treatment on 2/5/11! Because of delay and difficulty in contacting customer service and the nasty replies I received I do not think I would use this vendor again. "

"This company sends part of the order and for the rest one has to fight and argue and never receive it.
The part of the order I received was mailed very unprofessionally. No packing slip, placed into an envelope and therefore all squashed.
My inquiries regarding the rest of the order met with automated responses and one email threatening me with legal action (I don't know for what).

"After I ordered Frontline on 9/27, sadly my pet had to be euthanized. My cc was charged on 9/28 and received my return authorization on 10/7 but didn't get the pkg until 10/14. I returned it as instructed (without opening it) on 10/22. I am still waiting for a credit to be issued. They keep telling me they will extend the credit when they receive the return. Since so much time has elapsed, I can only assume I am another person joining the group of "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!""

"Do NOT buy from this company! I ordered from them in March and it is May and I have not received my items totaling 103.90. You can't get in touch with them by phone, only email which they only respond with a "standard reply". I finally contacted my credit card company to remove the charge but if it was up to Maak I would still be waiting. Do check the BBB and you will see the complaints.
Today, May 17, 2010, I received a package to be signed for from Chargeback. Having seen what the others have written about a Chargeback being their means of charging your credit card again, I DID NOT sign it!

"I run a rescue and always look for the best deal for our money. I ordered 24 Iverheart Max and 12 Promeris. The price was much lower than anywhere else I could find, plus a discount, plus free shipping. I received the order in 2 separate shipments. The Iverheart I received within a week, the Promeris within 2 weeks. MAAK did notify me on the order it could take up to 3 weeks to receive so I was expecting it to take longer. Considering the huge price reduction over our local vet clinics and most other online ordering options, I think the order was excellent. I saved our rescue alot of money and received the real product in a timely fashion. I ordered in advance so I was in no hurry. I will use them again and think the people who have had problems may have been looking for something for nothing. "
