VISA REMOVED IT FROM OUR BILL THEN ON JULY 30 th I RECEIVED A LETTER I HAD TO SIGN FOR THAT HAD A COUPON INSIDE FROM CHARGEBACK DEPT. BOX 3557 ORANGE, CA. 92857. THEY ARE NOW USING THAT SIGNATURE TO TELL VISA I SIGNED FOR THE PRODUCTS. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER FOR $189.90 AS OF THIS DATE, 9 /25 / 2009 AND I DOUBT I EVER WILL. TO ME THIS IS FRAUD. "This is nothing but a company of crooks looking to take your money and give you no product. As you can see I ordered on June 15,2009 and still have not recieved any product. I had the credit card reverse the charges and then Maak sent me a certified letter with an invoice in it. When I signed for the letter they used that signature to try to say that I had recieved the products I ordered. Believe me this will be a fight to the death for that lousy $55.00 but they will get thousands of free REALLY BAD advertising. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM AND A BUNCH OF CROOKS, THEY ARE OUT FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND THEY NEVER SHIP THE PRODUCT. BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER HERE. THEIVES."
"I had one positive experience with Maak so I thought I'd try them again. Big mistake. After waiting 13 days for my purchase (which had been charged to my Visa account the same day I ordered it), I read the shipping info and learned the ship window extends to 21 days. And, the shipments are not tracked--just put in a first class envelope. I did not receive my shipment. I have had a nasty response from customer service. I'm now disputing the charge on my Visa card to retrieve my money. Of course, I'd recommend other customers avoid Maak Enterprises. There are better alternatives for online pet supplies that do ship, on time, provide a tracking number and have helpful customer service. "
"I placed an order on June 2nd for Frontline Plus and also a calcium supplement. I received the Frontline but not the calcium. Instead I received a product that I had not ordered. I emailed and have also called. The phone call did absolutely no good. I was just told that I would have to send and email. I received an apology and an assurance that the calcium had been shipped. However, I still have not received it. I contacted 'Better Business Bureau' and just got a sesponse from the company. Their response was that the order had been shipped and received. I would not advise anyone to order from this company."
"This is a total fraud. I ordered flea medications and I have not received them in two weeks, meanwhile they charged my credit card already. I called and talked with some one and he told me that it is coming directly from the factory and should take up to 28 days. Six weeks later, I signed for a package and inside was an invoice and NOTHING ELSE. I don't think I will see the medication. Do not order anything from this site. "
"A Complete fraud! This company is merely a front for pet products from Australia. One would think they were getting products from the USA, since Maak is located in Texas.
My shipment arrived late and was shipped directly from Australia. Had I wanted Australia Frontline, I could have got it for less elsewhere. They are a complete fraud and should be shutdown by the FTC and Texas Attorney General."

All of my information was correct. I had 6 attempts at a purchase show up on my account authorizations!!! Needless to say, they entered an order for me that I never approved and then shipped it to the wrong address!!! How can these clowns be in business??"
"Please do not waste your money on anything from MAAK4pets/MAAK Enterprises. They sent me Frontline Spot on Top from the United Kingdom. It was to be a purple box Frontline Top Spot,it is a pink box. The EPA does not approve thier products to be used in the USA. They told the BBB I could return the tiems. The case was closed. They gave 0 credits & 0 refunds according to BBB. They want me to return the items to England and pay for the shipping and then they will deduct money for shipping it to me. They are rude, threatened that if I contact my credit card company they will turn me into their attorneys. They will also ruin my credit. They cannot spell and send nasty threatening emails. I have emailed them at least 15 times and they refuse to read them. I have sent pictures comparing what I ordered & what I received. It is not worth the money, time or the safety of our animals to purchase from this company. I bought the item from 1800petmeds and it is the real thing. I will throw their crap in the trash so they cannot send it out again and sucker someone else into buying it. I guess that is how they make their money. I told them I would send it back to California or Texas, that is the address stated on their website as their company address, no they still say send it to England. Until we can shut them down this will continue. The ingredients are different in the itmes they sent and the items I received from 1800petmeds. They told me that is because the US does not use metric.Regardless it it not the same product no matter what they said. Please pay the extra money from a reputable company and get the real products for your pets

"BEWARE!!!!!!!I ordered pet supplies through this company online I needed to cancel my order and immediately emailed the company to cancel. They do not allow customers to speak to customer service reps all contact is via email. After MANY emails back and forth the agreement was made that I would send the packages back "return to sender" and my money would be refunded The emails from customer service were rude and unprofessional. Most of the emails I recieved from them were rude, had many misspelled words, grammatical errors and were extremely unprofessional. I sent both packages back after writing return to sender on them, this was in August. I am now being told that they did not get either one and there is nothing they can do. I have sent emails requesting for a supervisor to call me to discuss this over the phone and have had no response, I called and spoke to Daniel in sales (the only person who has ever answered their phone) who informed me that even he is not allowed to speak to customer service- that all employees contact them via email. He informed me that I should keep trying and they were very good about fixing things(yeah right!) That day my call was prompted as a result of recieving 2 small envelopes of the same size and feel in the mail- the return address was only a P.O. box. I opened one of them and inside was a copy of my invoice from this company and 3 plactic water bottle caps wrapped in paper and taped together I could not get an answer as to the reason for this or as to where my money is or if the packages have been recieved etc. I sent another email asking for explanations and for someone to contact me and have had no response. A dispute has been filed with my credit card company. I also filed a complaint with the BBB of California. Maak told them that they had refunded my $. They did not. I called the BBB of CA to tell them that they had lied and did not give me my $. They said there was nothing else they could do and closed the file. I called my American Express card and they refunded me my money as a result of the dispute I filed and the fact that Maak refused to contact them!! THEY STINK AND THEY LIE!!! I have sent emails to everyone in my address book to warn them against using them. Unfortunately I did not see this website until it was too late! Hopefully someone else can get help from it now.
