"One of the best online retail experiences I have ever had. I placed an order for a new adaptor. I received my order confirmation. I later realized they also sold batteries and that purchasing a battery with an adaptor qualified my purchase for a 10$ discount. I emailed customer service asking if I could consolidate the two orders and get them shipped together. Leonard replied almost immediately notifying me that my orders would indeed be merged together and that I would receive the 10$ discount off the total price.
