"I received my iMac within the same week I ordered it. (Ordered it on Tuesday and received it by Friday). It was packaged well inside the box. The condition of the computer stated it was “Good” which means it can have ware and tear, but any scratches on it were minimal and didn’t bother me (they aren’t on the front side or on the screen). It was pretty easy to set up but was a little slow on loading it. However after all the settings were in place and I was able to start using it from the home screen, it’s been super responsive and fast. I really like it and am very happy with my purchase. I’ve been using it on and off over the weekend and feel like this computer is in great working conditions. I would definitely buy from here again and recommend it to others! "

"Purchased a MacBook Pro 15" (Non-Retina with CD-ROM) Mid-2012. Unit came in near perfect condition - and listed on their site as Excellent Condition. The MacBook looks almost brand new, and worked great out of the box. Had a small issue with the display, but that was resolved with a typical support suggestion - back-up, wipe, and fresh install of the OS. Since then, I have upgraded the RAM to 16GB and added a 1TB Solid State Drive and run Mojave..... this machine moves as fast (if not somewhat faster) than my 2017 27" iMac with Retina Display and Fusion Drive. Purchase experience was effortless - I even called them prior to shipping because I was burned by another company... they addressed my concerns and sent me exactly what they advertised - an excellent condition MacBook Pro 2012!! Now, with my upgrades, I have a machine as powerful as the new line at well under half the cost! Every device we have is an Apple: phones, watches, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs. I was very nervous about buying a refurb from anyone other than Apple, but Mac of All Trades delivered. Would certainly recommend to educated buyers who pay attention to how the product is listed - excellent, good, etc... do some research and read carefully. You will not be disappointed. "I had a great experience with Mac of All Trades. I was selling my Macbook Pro, and I was wanting to get a Microsoft computer because I was tired of compatibility issues. They were very quick to respond throughout the entire process. I packed my laptop up safely and shipped it off. They emailed me when they received it, and didn't try to lie about the product. I was worried that they would say something was broken or misrepresented, but they did not cheat me! They said they would mail off a check by the end of the next business day. I opted for this option because PayPal eats a large amount of money for transfers. The check was shipped from Florida to Illinois on Wednesday or Thursday, and I received it the following Tuesday. I received the full amount of what was originally agreed on, and the check deposited with no problems. In my opinion, this was the most pain-free option for selling my Mac, and I will be recommending this to others!"
