I decided to call as condition and performance were important to me. The person I spoke with listened. Asked very good questions and did NOT try and up sell me even once. Actually made me feel like a valued customer. Laptop arrived quickly and was in Excellent condition as the ad stated. I dropped one star strictly for the "Condition" rating system on the website. But I give 5 stars to the person I spoke with on the phone. I would have rather purchased without needing to call but the call was very worth while."

"I ordered a Mac Mini from a west coast reseller. It took over three weeks to arrive. The computer was obviously not tested , as it would not connect to a wireless printer. I tried to contact the reseller, but they never replied to my messages. I returned the computer for a refund.

"I recently purchased a high end 15 inch MacBook Pro, and in order to subsidy some of the cost, I needed to sell my 2014 Mac mini and 2015 MacBook. I tested offeres with friends and other websites and those offers were pretty low.

I plugged in my items on Mac of all trades’ website and the offers were significantly higher than other places. There was a moment of “is this too good to be true?” But I followed through and sent in the items.
