"I will never use this site again. They automatically renew your subscription! I told them not to. I tried to cancel, but somehow my password would not work. They said they would send me another....3 times...but what a surprise, no password. I looked in the junk folder and it was not there. They just do not send the password, so you just keep renewing magazines you do not want. I called the customer service number and cancelled. What a rip off this company is."
"Convenient & great way to keep track of all magazine subscriptions. Customer service was very helpful when I had difficulty finding the setting for auto-renewal, which you can set or reorder manually, whichever you prefer. I've ordered not only for for myself but also subscriptions as gifts. I can easily keep track of all of my orders. If you decide that you don't want a subscription, just call their 800# and they will cancel it and refund you for any issues remaining on the order. They also send emails with additional savings. I can't say enough good things about the ease of using Magazines.com"

"I ordered 2 magazines in March. I have only received one as of August, 2014. They are published at least 4 times a year and I should have gotten two of one of the magazines all ready. I called about this and they said the magazine should come within 2 weeks which it didn't. I was also charged twice for one of the orders and had to call to get that fixed. I have no intention of renewing subscriptions through this company again. I will order through the magazine itself. Also, I had to buy the latest copy of one of the magazines at a pharmacy since I have not received it.
