"I had ordered Sports Illustrated For Kids on 8/11/14, paid for the 6 mos subscription, however never received the magazine. I called and reported that I hadn't received it on12/2. The gentleman stated that he would look into it for me. On Dec 3rd I received an e-mail from the publisher liason, stating that the publisher was having a hard time locating the order. I called customer service on Dec 6th, and they had stated that JEANETTE Cromley (LIASON), sent the publisher proof of purchase, and was waiting for them to respond.This was a gift, and I was suppose to receive the magazine in October, and now it's December, and I still haven't received it."
