"Due to C-19, I needed disposable gloves for my staff. My first order from Magid was perfect - easy ordering, quick shipping.
My 2nd order (a week later) wasn't. I ordered and got a confirmation email that my order had gone thru. A few days later, I realized that I never got a shipping confirmation. So, I called their 800 #. The Magid customer service rep told me that due to allocation/demand, my order was cancelled. She acknowledged that my order went thru, but couldn't explain why it was now cancelled and why no one ever notified me. Allegedly, I was supposed to be sent an email from them, but they were having "technical" difficulties.
I understand these are difficult times and everyone is stressed, but I needed those gloves ASAP. Their failure to communicate delayed me from getting the gloves elsewhere in a timely manner! Poor customer service."

"I ordered a battery for a PAPR on 4-9-2020. Turn around time said 14 days. My credit card was charged on 4-10-2020 so I ASSUMED the battery was shipped. Nothing. I DID however receive an email on 4-10-2020 that there were no returns nor cancellations on my battery. On 4-20-2020 I emailed the company. I received a message the next day asking for my order #. I returned an email with the number. I also apologized because in my email I said it had been 2 weeks when it had really only been 10 days. I then received an email stating it would be delivered on 5-18-2020. WHY would this company charge me right away when my item wouldn’t arrive for 5 weeks???"
