"The site showed the item in stock and I paid for overnite delivery. When it didn't arrive I called and estimated delivery wasn't until May!"

"Showed product was available, placed order and then they cancelled my order a few days later. Understanding these items were in high demand i understand the product not being available but the site should have been updated. This caused us delays in finding a different vendor and it took them days to respond back to my email asking for a status which was the only way I knew they had just cancelled my order. Horrible way of doing business. "

"I am a frontline healthcare worker in this corona pandemic. Trying to get a few face shield for my team. Placed order for the uvex omnishield visor and ratchet suspension, both of which when I placed the order, indicates will ship same day if order within the next 2 hours. Well, it got me as a sucker. Unfortunately...... took 4-5 days for order processing, then another week for shipping and I was not even informed that the shipment will be only the visor...... the ratchet suspension will be another 1-2 week delay. Not to say this is a great disappointment, and seriously affected my plan to secure PPE for the team. I think it is shameful for seller to provide inaccurate stocking and shipping information during the time of crisis for these important safety items. The only reason I gave another star is their customer service responsiveness via email.
