"I would give Magnolia a rating of 0 for the way they treated me and the problems whey have caused in not processing my order. Ordered pump motor 6/14/13 and was unable to get a status on-line so on 6/18/13 called customer service twice and they said they would get back to me by close of business on 6/18 but never followed up. On 6/19 I get an Email informing me the order can not be processed. This cost me 7 days without running my pool and now have to order from another company and wait 7 or more days because Magnolia did not inform me that they were unable to fill the order back on 6/14....GREAT WAY TO RUN A COMPANY.... "

I was a little confused as to why it cost more to pick it up from the warehouse then it cost to deliver it, but we needed it right away so I was glad they had the option for pick up.
