"I arrived at Maita to order a new key fob. The parts employee advised me to order on-line then make and appt. to have it coded. After fumbling thru the online part order, I spoke to another service Dept employee who promptly told me to call the call center to make an appointment. Needless to say the experience was less than fast and inefficient. This whole process could have been easily accomplished with one employee!!"

"I saw an ad on the internet from Maita Toyota for a serpentine belt for a 2006 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder for $17. 28, so I ordered one for my Camry. When the belt came in, it was for a 6 cylinder, not a 4 cylinder. So they reordered the belt. When the 4 cylinder belt came in, they told me the price was $46.15. They refused to stand by their internet ad price of $17.28."
"Unless you have the actual part #, the search function is useless. Also would not advise ordering anything on a weekend if you're in a hurry. Ordered a 6 pack box of T-IV ATF on a Saturday morning, went in to pick it up and was told I'd have to wait until there was someone there to process my order (Tuesday) or cancel the order and pay a higher price. Coincidentally being told this as I'm standing next to a wall of ATF cases. Did not catch the gentleman's name, but he was not adept at customer service, I left before reciprocating the unfriendliness."
