Make Up Mania has great and friendly customer service, and any time I had even the slightest issue, customer service handled it quickly and professionally. As for product, I am in LOVE with my La Femme blush palettes. They are my absolute favorite blushes to use, and I own more expensive high-end blushes that are of no comparison. "I live in Hong Kong and I'm big on online shopping so I have plenty of experience in ordering from different websites across the world. As an international customer, my priority would be shipping rates+time and customer service (in case the order goes missing in transit or whatnot). I am extremely satisfied with MUM in both these areas and more. I placed my order around the 4th of July and apparently the website was experiencing some technical difficulties and I could not find my order. I e-mailed the customer service rep and got a prompt reply assuring me that my order was shipped which I received just now. Everything is carefully packaged and it arrived sooner than expected. The shipping cost is not cheap but I believe it is worth it if my item arrives in time. I've had several experiences with other retailers where the order does arrive eventually but my panicked e-mails are never responded too booooo. Overall, very happy with my order with MakeupMania and will most definitely repurchase :) "

I ordered a Ben Nye Final Seal Makeup Setting Spray and it was fantastic as well as some of their eyeshadows and concealers. I had my friends and family try it and recommended the site. I have recently made another purchase and realized I had some MuMoolah Kickback bucks so I was able to save some money! I ordered some Ben Nye powders, blushes and a Graftobian palette and they all came packaged nicely and nothing was broken. They have very friendly customer service reps when I called regarding one of my items missing and found out that I forgot to put my apt # so they had it shipped back right away.
