"7th of April, I've ordered Garmin GPS72 and Humminbird Piranha15 fishfinder equipment. I was worried to make the Money Order and thus to pay the products in advance, but I took my chance. The delivery time was assumed to be around 15-20 days. Several weeks later I asked, why is the delivery taking so long. Finally they answered on 18th of May that the Humminbird equipment was backordered and they cannot inflate the shipping cost by sending them separately. It is just a matter of few days before they can complete the delivery. Today is 7th of July and nothing has happened. In the meanwhile I have asked the status of my delivery almost daily, but they haven't answered any of my emails. That's a very good customer service! I think the Mall24-7 is a fake!"

"Purchased a GPS device as a Christmas present. Device was "backordered" at most suppliers, but not at Mall 24-7, so ordered on line. Price was lowest I found. Delivered via DHL on December 12."
"Short answer; bad experience. It took them 6 days to even acknowledge the order (I sent numerous unanswered emails requesting status of the order). They work through PayPal, so they had my money already (lesson learned, be VERY leery of companies which use Pay Pal instead of credit card directly). After they finally got back to me, it was, "we're out of that item (a Garmin GPS), do you want to upgrade your order to a more expensive unit?" I said no thanks, cancel the order. After 3 more days and numerous emails, they acknowledged the cancellation. However, they didn't return the money. I had to lodge a formal complaint w/PayPal to get them to return the money (lesson learned, need to get that done w/in 30 days, read PayPal's policies!). I would never attempt to purchase anything from Mall 24-7 again."
"The worst online buying experience ever. They excepted payment and I received a confirmation of the order within minutes. Then a month of silence followed.
When I contacted them to ask if and when they shipped my order they replied that finally everything was in stock (never told me any items weren't in stock when I place the order) and that they would ship it right away.
So I waited and waited, and when I still hadn't received my order after another month I contacted them again. This is what they replied: "We shipped and it came back to us. I would probably not have found it but for this email.". Not have found it?!?!? How can you not have found a big box being returned to you?
Anyway, they promised to reship it. So I waited and waited. After yet another month I sent them an email to ask if the order was again sent back to them. When they didn't reply I sent another email, and another. 3 weeks and they still haven't replied.
Worst of it is. Because I paid with paypal, and because they used excellent stalling techniques, it's been more than 30 days since the original payment so paypal won't accept my complaint.
Bottomline: Yes mall24-7 loves their customers. They love to screw them over and steal their money. Mall24-7 is a fake. Just look at their rating."
"I ordered a Garmin GPS-V Deluxe on 6/17/2004. My credit card was billed within three days. On 7/01/04 I still had not received my order and sent e-mail requesting status,no response.I sent follow up e-mail on 7/3 and 7/12. On 7/12 I received status as "out of stock" and have been for three weeks. Supplier was promising delivery any day during this time, please advise if you don't want to wait.
On 7/19 I sent e-mail requesting cancellation of order and credit my account. Also, e-mails on 7/20,21,24 and phone calls on 7/22&23, as well as, "contact us" on their website...no response!
This company is not responsible and "taints" the image of all the fine companies that operate websites.
I plan to file an Internet Fraud Complaint to help this company "out"."

It was due to the overwhelming demand for the new GPS with a USB port and all the other bells and whistles. "I placed an order for a Lowrance Ifinder Pro on the 5th of May. When the order could not be tracked, I tryed to contact them by phone and email to cancel the order. On the 8th of May the charge appeared on my credit card. On the 10th of May they called and said they needed my credit card number to credit my account. This did not happen. On the 18th of May they called and asked if it was okay to send a check and were told yes. At this writing I have received nothing."

I contacted them via e-mail and phone finally receiving an email that the shipment would happen in 2 weeks (mid April shipment).
