"After the overpriced shipping, the price wasn't much lower than Amazon's with free shipping. Then, while you offer to purchase as a guest and not create an account, after I made a purchase and opened what I thought was a receipt in my email, it says that you created an account for me and to view my receipt I had to jump through all the hoops of attempting to open the account, creating a password (which required a reset and multiple emails), etc. Just email me the receipt!"

"Found this website and ordered a Frogg Toadz jacket. I apparently hit the wrong size button and when completing the order could not reverse it. I subsequently ordered 2 other sizes, found the one that fit perfectly but have not been able to return the first two. I can't find a telephone number or email that will work on their website and have tried numerous times to contact them to no avail. The delivery was prompt, merchandise excellent but if you have a problem then you're stuck. As medical director of an international rescue organization I'll write off the $140 in unreturnable merchandise and shop somewhere else. If this is rectified then I will re-post but would otherwise avoid what I consider a poorly run company. In the international wilderness and rescue business, word quickly gets out about excellent vendors, and about low caliber ones also. "
"Customer service does not appear to exist. I placed an order for an item. After ordering I was reviewing the confirmation message and realized it was the wrong model number. I immediately filled out the customer service contact form and explained the situation. I sent another customer service contact form that stated the correct model number that I need. Five days later still no response. I get an email that stated my order was processed and in transit to the facility. I sent another customer service contact form and stated all of the previous information requesting them to contact me to fix the issue. No response back. I wrote an email to their customer service address and I'm not holding my breath on receiving a response. I've called them multiple times and their message states that no one is available.
I would rather be charged a couple extra bucks and feel secure when dealing with online shopping than get the "rock bottom price" without any customer service. I'll let my credit card company deal with them.
