"I sent back an item for exchange. paid return shipping after trying ten times to fill out the return authorization form finally got it by selecting false item descriptions. Because it wouldnt let me submit because of a flaw in the program design. Again the websites designed poorly. No way to call them they received my return 6 days ago and im still waiting to hear back from them. Very unnerving not knowing whats going on with my exchange at all.."

"Check out procedure sucks. Just purely sucks. Very difficult to set a delivery address and billing address. The rating at the end won't even allow me to select "don't know" to the customer service response even when it instructs me to do so. Pretty stupid.
