"Ordered an item on Friday. Told on Monday it was out of stock. Your credit card is automatically processed when you place the order regardless of accurate stock reporting. When you ask for a refund, it can take 2-10 days. Weird since charging it takes seconds.

They offered to make things right and I asked for a 10% discount. They said they couldn't do it because it would be below cost but they could offer a 5% discount. When the item finally comes in.

No problem with a weekend delay in order response but charging a credit card before you ship and then saying it can take up to 10 days to issue a refund is just not right.

I've been asked to submit a review but my order hasn't arrived. Yes there was a hurricane but we weren't seriously affected by it but I still don't have my item. The item is in town according to the tracker but I don't have it. Why? I'm frustrated but, I'm trying to be a good sport. This is my first time to trade with ManVenture Outpost - I don't have any previous experience to refer to. I chose UPS for delivery. They apparently are afraid of rain (seriously that's all we got here). The mail man came to my office (Yes UPS I was at work. Why weren't you?) three different times yesterday. They were there today too. Where is my package? I know, I know - ManVenture isn't UPS - I get it. Because of that I am not ripping them up. I AM, however expressing some mild frustration. I hope you will bear with me as I do. I'm sure if I get my package eventually I will probably give ManVenture Outpost another chance. When that time comes I really do hope the experience is a better one.

My order finally came in. I am pleased with the product. I've had time to simmer down and I would like to say that this was an issue that was out of ManVenture Outpost's control - the problem lay at the feet of the mewling sissies at UPS ;) I will use ManVenture Outpost again and see how it goes. "
