I called ManVenture and they told me any warranty issues would have to be handled through the manufacturer because they were just the re-seller they had no further responsibility to me. The manufacturer told me that my issue was with ManVenture...ManVenture would have to deal with the manufacturer. ManVenture would be responsible for making me whole since they are the one's that sold it to me. Neither one would do anything for me."
