"Very sketchy return policy! The website touts free returns but they are quite slow. The RMA process requires slow authorization, requires the customer to first pay for the return shipping and then will issue in-store credit for shopping costs. It also seems that they expect to issue in-store credit for the returned item and not credit back to card account.

Per RMA email sent me:
Once the condition of the return has been verified we will issue store credit for the applicable amount. By returning an item to us you agree to the above terms."
