"Mistakes happen. Still disappointed to receive incorrect merchandise. Was told the correct item would be shipped the Friday after Christmas, but to our surprise, it arrived on the 24th. High quality items are worth the more expensive cost."

"When I was tracking the package via UPS, it stated the package was damaged during transit w/ UPS, and UPS was returning the box to your company--And I would assume this matter would have been taken care of ASAP. I am very frustrated that there was guaranteed delivery by Christmas, (which never happened), and additionally that company has to ask me what happened to this package. Our niece and nephew never received their Christmas presents, and now we appear to be horrible family members to the rest of our family. Of course I asked them to resend the order to them ASAP, but why should I pay for that company's mistake? And an email just two days ago?! Don't expect me to purchase anything from that store again."

"ROCK ME ARCHIMEDES - terrible game it has no challenge, I didn't even give it to my Grandchildren (10 and 11). I opened the game to test the skill level, my husband and daughter agreed with me. I then checked the return options only to find out That I can't return the game because it was opened."
