"Nothing we ordered showed up on time for Christmas in spite of promises that it would. We realize it is likely more the shipper's fault than the companies we ordered from, but we will not be ordering as many Christmas gifts online next year because of the big snafu. Although we loved the products, the delay resulted in us not having them to give them as gifts on Christmas morning! The kids / family members we purchased them for had already left the house sans the gifts, which arrived a day or two after Christmas. We ended up at the grocery store late Christmas Eve buying small gifts and gift cards as replacements for the ordered gifts that never showed up. The products are really great, and I will likely order gifts from Marbles again, but I won't count on receiving them on time, especially during the holidays. I'm sure it took a lot of people by surprise and made things a bit stressful all the way around. Thank you "
