"This should not have been hard. I ordered a $75.00 gift card to be emailed to my nephew on his birthday.
The gift card arrived at my home last evening (a week later).
My nephew lives an hour away and I am quite disappointed that he has to wait until either his parents or I drive twohours (round-trip) to deliver his gift card. I don't know whether or not he received any email notification or not; I would not be happy for him to think that I did not think enough of his birthday to send him a gift, especially since I attended his birthday party.
This is not good service, especially for a company that calls themselves "The Brain Store.""
