My only concern is that the CD we ordered last time came with a broken case. I didn't contact customer service since it was a minor problem but I would highly recommend using better materials for packing - instead of bubble wrap envelope a card box will work best and will prevent worse breakage in a future. "Bought Pongo Ping Pong for my grandkids and had so much fun playing with them that I ordered one online for my husband and myself. Our dining table is now used exclusively for ping pong. It is great fun and good exercise.
