"I ordered items from Marine Part Depot 1/3/24 and received no confirmation of the order other than seeing PayPal paid them. A week after the order I tried calling and the voicemail was full. I emailed them about the status of the order and received no response. I needed these items by 1/17/24 so I ordered through another supplier and received those within days. I raised a dispute through PayPal and the seller still did not respond. I finally received the items from Marine Part Depot on 1/26/24 but no longer needed them. I emailed the seller on how to return the items and haven't received a response. Tried calling and no response. Continued messaging seller through PayPal dispute and still no response. Future purchases will be through credit card since PayPal dosen't seem to be much help or protection."

"Purchased new motor had installed after 12hrs blew two pulleys and both belts they sent new parts and where installed 3hrs later blew out another pulley and belt still waiting for reimbursement for labor on the first problem now waiting to hear back to fix it again. "

I waited a few days and there was no change. Since late February, I have emailed them twice at ****@****, per their contact info, with no response. We have called twice on different days, but their mailbox is full. I now see that this problem started almost a year ago. Seems to be a ghost company."

I received one (1) item only not the 6 pack as described in the order process. I called to try to rectify only to get an animated message that the mailbox was full.
I sent three (3) e-m's and no response, called several times more to get the same message.
The product may be good, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE _UCKS.

"Like others I see her, I was ripped off. I SHOULD have looked for reviews first. Ordered a gas deck fill. MPD had what I wanted at a good price. Placed my order, paid thru PPal (one +). Took my $$ fast, and I got an email stating order received, and shipper created. That was it. waited for the quick 3 day shipping that t-stretched to a easy week. nothing. I tried calling. nope. emailing. nope. No response. I was screwed. Got a hold of PPal - in process now TRYING to get a refund for something never received.

"I sent an email to seller questioning when I will receive the items I purchased on 12/25/18 as it had been several weeks since it was ordered. I received a reply some days later indicating that my product has been shipped. To date (1/26/19) the items have not been received and the tracking number provided indicates that a label has been printed but the US postal service has not received the parcel from the seller. This is deliberate, intentional fraud. I'm hopeful that PayPal can help resolve this.

Turns out that the shipping notice is a ploy to have PayPal release funds from our credit card account. "I ordered a part for my boat from Marine Parts Depot. The same day I ordered the part they charged my credit card. In my experience, when ordering online the company doesn't charge your account until the item is shipped. Over the past two weeks I tried emailing them four times and phoning over six times and received no response. Their phone number goes directly to a mailbox recording that states the mailbox is full and I couldn't leave a message. For two weeks I couldn't find out anything about my order or when it was going to ship. I called my credit card company and they stopped payment on the order I placed with these scammers.
