"Unknowledgable worker tell lies in product to make a sale. Refund is hassle its cheaper to keep product. Please take your money elsewhere. Their return shipping if its damage in mail they will refuse your return, if not label correctly they refuse the return, they make up all these scenarios to really discourage you to return the product."

"I ordered a pond pump impeller. TheY sent we the wrong part (part number off by one digit). I called to complain and they said they would send me the correct part and to return the incorrect part. I got the new part and returned the old part with the printed return label....which was returned to me as undeliverable. Their label was printed with a wrong address. I called and had them send me a corrected return label even though the receipt said I did not have to return it. I found the “new” impeller Was in an opened box and had score marks on the bearing surface indicating it was a used unit. I threw it out and purchased a new pump from the manufacturer rather than deal with them another. I told John about the whole adventure and followed up including a note with the return of the original incorrect impeller. I have heard nothing from them."
