"Price is excellent, shipping right on time as promised. Only difficulty is getting the hoses to seal at the valve connections. The hose seems to be just a little to thick for the nut to seal it and when the connection is tightened it pushes the hose back off at the sleeve. Followed instructions and heated hose in hot water then used boiling water and got the same results, tried the silicone lube and got the same results. Contacted customer service and they walked me through the steps, but we got the same results and are now sending new valves thinking they may have sent 1/2" valves for a 5/8" hose. Service tech was polite, as helpful as possible and very understanding.
UPDATE: IT'S NOW OCTOBER 6, AND STILL NO VALVES! HAVE BEEN USING AN OLD OUTDATED SYSTEM AND GROWING VERY FRUSTRATED! CHANGED REVIEWS ON ALL AREAS TO POOR EXCEPT FOR PRICE. WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!"
