"Too much livestock ends up arriving dead on arrival or dies off within the first week or two, although I have received a refund for everything that either showed up dead or died within the first few days.

Just not worth it purchasing items like marine fish via Internet, because of the amount of livestock that ends up being dead.

Unfortunately when it comes to marine fish I'm better off paying a little bit more locally and then not having to deal with all the die off.

"I picked up 2 Sun Blaze T5 HO Retro-fit Fluorescent Light Fixtures with 54watt 6500k "blue" lamps included. $32 a piece can't be beat...just installed the fixtures and I am so happy with how they look...i picked up a 55 gallon tank for free and built my own hood which i attached these fixtures to, to start a planted tank. The kit comes with (i think) 3 different attachment setups and hangers also just in case you want to suspend them. They are exactly what i was looking for. The price and the fact that you can daisy chain up to 5 of these fixtures is the best feature...with 2 fixtures now i have 108 watts. 5 of these bulbs can give you 270 watts..that's enough light for a 90 gallon tank at 3 watts per gallon or even a 125 gallon tank at a little over 2 watts per gallon...I'm new at the whole planted aquarium world but i'm doing a lot of research and i think this is a great deal. look great and an easy installation. The hood i made cost about $90 for material, so $90 + $64 = $154 for something that would easily run you $600 plus if you bought it in a store...
