Tom was polite and helpful but when I got his e-mail it advised me that the problem was that (2) of the same was mistakenly sent AND the other part I need was no longer available. It floors me!! how an employee can not look at the order numbers (they are not even close) to make sure the correct order is available and sent. I have an old base plaque on my engine cover, I will use (1) of the blank plaques I received just because I have it and it has no glue on it. So! amd I happy. NOPE! Ref your review. I put NA in ref to return due to I have no idea how that will turn out."
