Easy online parts order

Usually I give you 5-Stars!

"I recently had the brake fluid exchanged on my 2016 Prius V. I am usually highly satisfied with your services to my vehicles.

Just yesterday I noticed the Technician forgot to replace the bleed port rubber covers on the front calipers. The rear covers were correctly replaced. One other item, during my last tire rotation, one old and faded rim center cap was installed, rather than the newer looking cap that was removed. These are easy problems to correct, but I though I should let you know.

An honest review

"Salesman was excellent, sales manager was a typical sales manager but respected my decision and wasn't too pushy...if not for these two I would have walked out and NEVER ever returned after dealing with the finance manager. He was not a nice person at all and had I financed with them I would have been incredibly disgusted. When I left after purchasing my car, he walked right by me and didn't speak. He should be fired! People like him make buying g a car miserable! "

Incorrect internet labels and no returns on electrical

"They do not take returns on any electrical part even if it was never installed. If you open the bag then you can't return it, but you can't see the part unless you open the bag. I accidentally ordered the wrong part and it cost me hundreds of dollars.

So if you are a novice mechanic like myself, do not order parts from here. It is not worth the premium if you get the wrong part. Buy aftermarket from somewhere else.

"we have dealt with mark Jacobson for a few years now for repairs, service ,and the purchase of used Toyotas I feel they have always been fair and not really that pricy when you compare their prices with local shops , plus they always use the correct part and usually diagnose the problem correctly the first time, being familiar with common problems in the various models."

Catchy title?

"I went online and purchased a left front window belt weather strip for my highlander. I set up to be picked up at my preferred Toyota dealer.

Finding the part was relatively simple. The only thing I would change if I could would be the addition of a high resolution photo of each part for ease of identification. That would be a LOT of work though, so I can't really complain.
