"i ordered the long tassel monogrammed necklace in silver in January. I initially loved the purchase and had no complaints. The jewelry seemed to be of quality metal. About three months after the purchase, the face of the metal monogram began to bubble. I have worn the piece only a handful of times and this type of damage was shocking to me. When I reached out to the company for either a credit or replacement, they simply referred me to their loosely written return policy. I further argued this was not normal wear and tear, but never received a response. I will not buy from this company again. Their products are cheap and a waste of money."

"This review is actually for their sister company, Monday Dress. The women are snotty and rude. I tried to Return an online order and was 5 days past their 21 day policy therefore they refused to accept it even though it was still in the exact same packaging and had the tags. I told them the item wouldn't fit. I basically begged them to take it back and they refused. They were very rude! Do not order from these companies! Read the reviews! Plus their product is very cheaply made."

"I bought a initial ring. I like the ring BUT the initial's look like they were engraved with a nail you can not even tell they are initial . It looked like swirls. This is not only my opinion but of those who have seen the ring . Would not recommend the engraved initial jewelry."

"I ordered 2 Acrylic Monogrammed Necklaces for Easter gifts for my teenagers. I received the package yesterday and first had to spend 5 minutes untangling the two necklaces that had been thrown together in a bag. I was so disappointed when I really got to look at them; though the monogramming looked great, the quality of the jewelry is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! What a waste if $40 a piece, and that was on sale! A call to the company did nothing. I will never order from them again! The necklaces looked and felt like they had been bought at the dollar store. What a shame--embarrassed to give them as a gift. "

"My mom ordered me a monogrammed crossbody bag from Marley Lilly. She paid for it and had it sent directly to my apartment but it never arrived. When we called them regarding the matter, we were basically told that it's not their problem. To this day, I have not received the purse nor a refund or store credit of any kind. I will never order from this company again."

"I ordered a monogram sweatshirt for my niece for her birthday. The sweatshirt looks very cheap. The pocket sewn on is not only sewn shut, it is a plasticky slick fabric with a super cheap stamped on monogram. I tried to express my disappointment and am stuck with a piece for the trash! No customer service. They must only care about the almighty dollar! "

"I ordered a 70 dollar rain jacket from Marley Lilly and paid 10 dollars more to have my initials monogrammed on the hood. When I got my order, not only was it the wrong color that I ordered, but the monogram on the hood was upside down. I contacted them and asked them to correct the problem which they refused to do. After they refused to fix the problem, I asked for a refund which they also refused to do. It took them two days just to email me back and they were not helpful at all. Now Im stuck with a 70 dollar cheap rain jacket with my name upside down. I do not recommend ordering anything from them simply because the material is cheap, their products are way overpriced and you have no idea what youre actually getting. I am very unhappy with Marley Lilly and I will be sure to make it known how difficult they are to work with. Worst 70 dollars I ever spent.

"I bought a monagrammed necklace for my girlfriend to celebrate our first anniversary. She always wanted a Marley Lilly necklace, so even though it was way overpriced, I succumbed and ordered it. I don't know who they have working for them there, but the necklace came back with the initials in the wrong sequence. The silver was thin and certainly not worth the $250 plus $60 expedited shipping. (Its the weight of a postage stamp) I called and finally spoke with a manager who blamed me for the error, when I have the backup and confirmation showing it was not my error. They finally agreed that if I reship back to them at my expense they would redo. I received the replacement yesterday. Not only does the L look like a B, but they didn't include the chain to the necklace. This has been a disaster. Terrible product, terrible workmanship, terrible customer service. "

"Terrible customer service, a $95 bag and they did a terrible monogram on it and absolutely refused to fix it. Be aware, they believe that the disclosures they have prevent them from fixing even their mistakes. When actually if you you read it, it contradicts what they say. They say that they do not resize the letters when it plainly states that the do. The only solution I was offered was for me to pay to ship the item back to them and they would pick out the monogram and redo the monogram. Oh and they suggested that I pick out a new style because if they did this one again it would turn out the same. The emails that I was receiving were extremely rude and condescending. They never had any intentions of fixing their error. Will never do business there again!"

"Cute stuff but not good quality at all. Most products I have ordered feel and look cheap. I ordered their monogrammed Taylor necklace (gold or silver with circular pendant & monogram) and it began "rusting", I guess you could say, within a month. My boyfriend gave me the monogrammed clutch from them for Christmas and it feels INCREDIBLY cheap. The chain seems as though it will break at any second AND I read comments on the marley lilly's instagram pics with other customers actually saying their chain DID break. Very disappointed. Overall, it seems like they take basic cheap items badly manufactured, slap a monogram on it, and jack up the price simply because it has your initials on it. Would not recommend if you want long lasting monogrammed products!"

"Just received two items ordered. The free item with high dollar purchase was not included. The one item has a poorly placed monogram. It is not really centered on the shoulder but rather too close to the zipper. The sizes are huge. The small in easily a large and I can't get myself to open the item I ordered in a Large in fear of how huge it is. Both items are monogrammed so no return. I did contact customer service but couldn't comment on their role as I have not yet gotten a response. I got the items quickly, but they are definitely not worth the price. The herringbone vest is much lower quality than expected given the price. I will not order from Marley Lilly again. Probably better off with etsy sellers."
