"Ordered gray prescription sunglasses. They came and they were blue. They asked for photo. I sent photo. They acknowledged the problem and said they would expedite. I explained I needed for cross country trip and they assured me the replacement would be here in time. Didn't arrive until some time after I left. When I got home and received glasses, they too were blue and not polarized. I requested refund. They said to send back both pair with tracking. I sent back glasses. They promised refund in 7 business days. It didn't come. I called again. Promised refund by end of week. Next week, still no refund. I called at 11:00 AM and they said no one in refund department is in yet. They'll call back. Not holding my breath!"
"Beware of this business...I order a pair of prescription sunglasses. For some reason i could not order on the computer. So I did it on the phone with one their customer representatives. My prescription was for progressive lenses in gray shade. They sent me bifocals in a real dark green shades. The frames were what I had ordered and were great. This was in April 2017 it is now Nov 2017, I still have no glasses or refund. I had also faxed a copy of my script. They said it was my fault and wanted more money to correct. This company is a sham......DO NOT order from them....they are crooks..."

I called the customer service, a lady told me that there is no warranty from this company!!!!!! Well, just fix it yourself, or buy a new frame from them. "I ordered mine about Feb 25th and got it about the march 6th. On the march 14th they fell apart! Both nose pieces and so did the ear pieces. I told them they needed to send me a new replacement. They said that it was my fault and I needed to pay for them to be sent back. I asked them if its covered under the warranty. they said there is no warranty and it sounded like they are going to charge me for the new ones. When I kept asking if they are going to charge me for them he started getting mad at me. They won't give you a straight answer!! Then they told me to text a picture of it and send it to them but they wouldn't give me the number to text. Every time I asked for the number they would yell at me!! The paint came off. They look like used frames! The frames look old and used just put in new lenses. My old eye glass doctor fixed it for free! He felt so bad because I got a voucher to get these for free because I am poor. He is giving me a free top line glasses! So If you want good glasses don't get them here! They will fall apart and you will have to pay for them!! "
"Beware: Be very careful with this company. I ordered a pair of eyeglasses and received them a week later than they promised and this was after I paid an additional shipping fee to expedite the order. After receiving the glasses the prescription was incorrect. I returned the glasses via FedEx which they received on July 10th, 2015. I called Marvel Optics on July 22, 2015 and they told me the glasses would be shipped on Friday July 24th. I didn't receive the glasses therefore I called again on July 29th, I was told the glasses would be shipped on Friday July 31. I never received the glasses. I called again August 5th, 2015 and was told again the glasses would be shipped on Thursday Aug 6th. I will wait and see if I get the glasses. Something is not on the up and up. Be very careful doing business with this company, there are many other competitors that I sure will to a better job."
