When the new costume arrived it was even worse than the first! Terrible quality- sticky glue all over and the eyes on the head are different from each other. The measurements are off so that when you put the head on you cannot see anything. Once again emailed "Alice" whom I believe is a robot- and have not heard back. I have been emailing for 8 weeks about getting a refund for the costume. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would recommend paying more on a reputable company and on better quality and better service."
"I work for a church and we ordered 3 mascot costumes for our kids ministry. One of the costumes was missing a chest and we had to pay $84 to return it so we could get a full refund. The other two were not at all what we ordered. We ordered animals with a faux fur and the ones they sent were made of felt, very cheap and were did not even resemble what we ordered. When I contacted them to inquire about getting the correct costumes that we paid for we were told we would have to pay $190 out of our pocket to return them. We ended up having to dispute the charge through our credit card company."

"I am a high school cheerleading sponsor and ordered a tiger mascot suit for my high school cheerleading squad from a donation we recieved. We chose Mascotcosplay.com because the "sale" price was so much cheaper than everything else we found. The suit we recieved looks nothing like the suit on the website, it was cheaply made, and parts of it were literally hot glued together. Not only that, my mascot cannot even see out of it because the one space provided to look out of is by her mouth and is entirely too small. I have tried contacting Mascotcosplay.com multiple times since the delivery of this order nearly two weeks ago, by email, phone, customer service chat on their homepage, and I have been given the run around every single time or I am just simply not recieving an answer. In addition to the terrible customer service, our school has already been charged for this mascot suit. We are definitiely very unimpressed and will be warning anyone else we know of not to use this website. Pay the extra money and go with a more reputable site!"
"When I read the reviews here, I was hesitate to place the order at this site. Before placing the order, I chatted with their rep Alice. Luckily enough she REPLIED me and gave me some good suggestions. When I mentioned the bad reviews I saw here, she said that they have noticed them but those who gave the bad review only wrote one review here that is against them. She said it may be done by their competitors. Well, then I did some research and found that it may just as she said.
After waiting for about two weeks, I received my order, which is a cute bear mascot. It was great comparing the price. The costume was packaged well in a plastic bag and then put in the box. The box was a little crashed when it came to my house, thank god the costume is just fine. It fits well and keeps warm. The most important thing is that the vision is good enough for us to walk around.
Above all, my experience with them was not that bad. "

I attempted to track my package with the EMS number provided and was never able to find where in delivery chain it was and when I asked for an update received "the website updates slowly". I have started dispute resolution with my bank and will contact Paypal as well. I can not stress enough DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE."

I'm currently working with Paypal to complete a dispute in the hope I can get some of my money back. This is just another dishonest Chinese company. Kiss your money goodbye if you order from them."
