"I bought a small air compressor, Stanley FMFP02009 FATMAX 6-Gallon, Portable, Oil-Bath Air Compressor Combo Kit #05C879. It arrived with a broken connection on the tank fill line. No external damage to the box. Compressor was in its original box which was packed in a second box with Styrofoam surrounding it. Contacted Customer Service and they asked if they could send a replacement part. After getting the part I made an attempt to fix it, but I was concerned that my attempt may damage the unit. I contacted customer service again and they sent a replacement unit that arrived in the same type of packing and had no damage. They took care of the issue in very timely manner. "
